Each rug is carefully packaged and shipped from Austria or Germany to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.
Free shipping within Austria and Germany.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.
Since each rug is custom-made according to your specifications and is a truly one-of-a-kind piece, once the order is accepted, a 50% down payment due. This will reserve your spot on my order list.
The remaining balance will be paid only after completion—before your rug is shipped.
Current production time: Approx. 2 weeks (depending on the order volume).
